An easy recipe, perfect to prepare beforehand.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wash the radicchio and cut it into small pieces.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clean the mushrooms and slice them thinly.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour a drizzle of oil into a pan and saut\u00e9 the chopped onion in it. Then add the radicchio and cook, for a few minutes, until it &#8220;wilts.&#8221;<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper. Cook for a few minutes, until the mushrooms are soft.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When the seasoning is cooked, turn it off.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In a small frying pan, brown the chopped speck until crispy.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Boil the THREE-GRAIN rice of Riso FLORA for 12 minutes. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Drain and season with the prepared mushroom dressing and a drizzle of raw extra virgin olive oil.
