When the rice hasa absorbed all the liquid and is cooked, let the mixture cool in a large bowl.<\/p>\n<p>At this point add an egg, flour, sugar and a teaspoon of baking powder.<\/p>\n<p>Grate the zest of a previously washed organic lemon, raisins and cinnamon to your taste. Mix all the ingredients together well.<\/p>\n<p>While the dough rests for a few minutes pour the seed oil into a large frying pan.<\/p>\n<p>When the oil has reached temperature form small balls of dough by helping yourself with a tablespoon and dip them into the pan.<\/p>\n<p>The pancakes will be ready when they have reached an even golden-brown color.
