Once cooked, drain and place in a large bowl.<\/p>\n<p>Now add the other ingredients: the two eggs, flour, sugar, the grated zest of a lemon, a pinch of cinnamon powder, and finally the previously soaked raisins.<\/p>\n<p>Mix the ingredients well until the mixture is soft but firm. Cover and let rest in a cool place for at least half an hour.<\/p>\n<p>Place a frying pan with peanut oil on the stove, and when it is hot (not boiling), dip the resulting mixture with the help of a tablespoon so that it forms pancakes that should brown on both sides.<\/p>\n<p>When the pancakes are browned to the right color, remove them with the help of a skimmer and roll them in granulated sugar.<\/p>\n<p>Serve the rice pancakes still warm, garnish with lemon zest, and you have a yummy treat all ready!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The perfect recipe to delight all dads!
