Lukewarm rice with fresh porcini mushrooms
Ingredients for 2 people:

320 g Flora Il Classico rice
400 g fresh porcini mushrooms
1 pomegranate
Arugula
Hemp oil
400 g nonspicy aged cheese
Salt to taste

PREPARATION

Begin by cleaning the porcini by scraping off any remaining soil and cleaning them with a piece of damp paper towel.

Finely slice the caps and stems. Bring a medium saucepan to a boil; when it comes to a boil, drop in the rice and salt the water. Drain Riso Flora Il Classico, wait 5 minutes for it to lose some heat.

To plate starting with Riso Flora Il Classico, followed by mushrooms, arugula, grated cheese and lastly pomegranate seeds followed by a drizzle of hemp oil.
