Black rice with chicken and pumpkin cream

PREPARATION

Preparation

Place the black rice in a pan covered with water, add a pinch of salt and a spoonful of oil.

Cook the rice for 20 minutes.

Cut the chicken into cubes and flour it then brown in a pan with a drizzle of oil for 15 minutes.

Cook the pumpkin in the oven or in a pan, then blend it and add it to the chicken breast in the pan.

Season with salt and serve the chicken breast with the pumpkin cream and the black rice on the side.

water, EVO oil

For the chicked with the creamed pumpkin 400g chicken breast
300g pumpkin
150ml milk
flour
EVO oil
salt
