Rice salad with salmon, olives and avocado
Ingredients for 3/4 people

320 g of Flora Bell’insalata rice
2 avocados
200 g smoked salmon
100 g black olives
1 lemon
EVO oil to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION

A tasty and easy recipe to take easily to the beach.

To prepare the ‘rice salad with salmon, black olives and avocado: cook Flora Bell’insalata rice in boiling water, drain and set aside.

Meanwhile, dice the avocado and cut the salmon into small pieces. Rinse the olives and put them aside. Drain the rice and pour it into a bowl, then add the avocado, salmon, olives and lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of raw oil, and the dish is ready!
