Rice pudding with chocolate and cinnamon
Ingredients for 6 people:

150 g chocolate
1 liter of milk
230 g Flora Il Classico rice
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 1/2 sticks of cinnamon
cinnamon powder for garnish

PREPARATION

Cinnamon chocolate rice pudding is a yummy recipe that is simple to prepare.

In a saucepan, bring the milk with the cinnamon stick to a boil.

Remove the cinnamon, pour in the rice and cook for about 25 to 30 minutes, until the milk has been absorbed and the rice has a creamy consistency.

Remove the saucepan from the heat. Finely chop the chocolate and add it to the rice along with the sugar.

Stir the mixture well until the chocolate and sugar are melted and well blended.

Transfer the mixture to single-portion cups and let it cool at room temperature or in the refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes.

Garnish with a little cinnamon and dark chocolate flakes before serving the dessert.
