Mini rice hamburger
Ingredients for 4 people

200 g Flora Il Classico Rice
4 mini meat burgers
2 tomatoes
a few fresh spinach leaves
salt to taste
ketchup or sauces to taste

PREPARATION

First, cook Flora Il Classico rice in a pot of boiling salted water. Then let it cool in a large bowl.
Next, place a layer of rice at least an inch high in a pastry cup, spreading it evenly.
Remove the pastry cup and stuff the resulting base with the hamburger meat, a slice of tomato, a few fresh spinach leaves and some ketchup.
For the top of the burger, pour rice into a small bowl and press it down well. Turn the filling upside down and close the bun.
Serve with crispy potato chips.
