Curry-flavored rice with turkey and peppers
Ingredients for 4 people

320 g Flora Wholemeal rice
350 g chunks of turkey breast
300 g mixed peppers
2 teaspoons of curry
1 onion
Salt to taste
Evo oil to taste

PREPARATION

Cook the rice in plenty of salted water. Meanwhile, cut the peppers into squares and the turkey into chunks. Pour the peppers in a pan in which you have browned the onion, sauté them 5 minutes and add the turkey. Bring to the boil, add the curry and cook a few more minutes. Drain the rice and serve next to the stew.
