Japanese style rice bagel
Ingredients for 6 bagels

200 g Flora Il Classico rice
100 g salmon
100 g tuna
100 g black and/or red lumpfish eggs
100 g avocado
a teaspoon of sugar
60 g rice vinegar
salt to taste
soy sauce for dressing

PREPARATION

To prepare the Japanese-style rice bagels, first cook Flora Il Classico rice in salted water, drain it and place it in a bowl. Season it with the rice vinegar in which you will have had melted a teaspoon of sugar.

Lightly grease the bagel mold.

Thinly slice the previously frozen fish and avocado. Place them in the mold and add the lumpfish eggs.

Cover with rice and press well.

Take the bagels out of the molds and serve accompanied by some soy sauce.
