Danish dessert with almonds and black cherry
Ingredienti per 4 persone:

80 g di Riso Flora Il Classico

500 ml di latte

20 mandorle tagliate a filetti

20 g di zucchero

250 ml di panna fresca

Amarene sciroppate

Un ciuffetto di menta fresca

PREPARATION

First heat the milk, add the rice and let it cook for about 50 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the almonds into fillets and whip the well-cooled cream with the sugar.
When the rice is cooked and cooled, add the whipped cream and almonds. Mix from the bottom up until the compounds are well blended.
Serve in small cups and garnish with black cherries to taste and a fresh mint leaf.
