Rice salad with eggs, tuna, avocado and olives
Ingredient for 4 persons

PREPARATION

Start by cooking the eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes.
Cook the rice in salted water and, once drained, let it cool. Meanwhile, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and the avocado into thin slices.
Once the rice is cold, finally top it with the cherry tomatoes, tuna, olives, avocado, and sliced eggs. Top with oil and salt and serve.
