Mexican style rice chips
Ingredients for 4 people

100 g Flora Il Classico Rice
Seed oil for frying
Salt to taste
Sauces to taste

PREPARATION

A fun recipe for a tasty Mexican-style appetizer with friends.

To prepare the Mexican style rice chips, first cook Flora Il Classico rice in plenty of salted water, drain, place in a bowl and blend.

Spread the resulting mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and place it to dry in a 60° oven for an hour and a half.

Break up the rice sheet and fry the pieces in hot oil until evenly browned.

Serve with sauces to taste.
