Risotto with goat cheese, honey and walnuts
Ingredients for 4 people:

Flora Classico rice, 200 g;
Carrot, 1;
Zucchini, 1;
Potato, 1;
Shallot, 1;
Egg, 1;
Provola cheese, 50 g;
Breadcrumbs, 2 tablespoons + q.b. ;
Curry, 1 tsp;
Fresh thyme; to taste;
Salt, to taste;
Pepper, to taste;
Olive oil, to taste,

are you missing any ingredients?
you can replace with:
  • Vegetables with whatever you prefer.
  • The provolone with other stringy cheeses.
  • The turmeric and thyme with the spices and herbs you prefer.

PREPARATION

Toast the rice with oil and rosemary then let it simmer with white wine.
Add half of the vegetable stock and cook for about 10 minutes, adding stock when the risotto gets too dry. When the rice is cooked but still al dente remove it from the heat add the goat cheese and stir to blend. Place the risotto on plates and finish with walnuts and honey.
